At CaPROWN, we believe that giving these marginalized female scientists the right motivation, information, and opportunities to fulfill their potential will create vibrant, healthy, and inclusive professional career paths, that is why we are committed to giving them just the right platforms to enable them better spread their wings and soar to the peak of their professional lives.
It is in this regard that we hope to organize more physical Conferences like that of the First International Alexander Von Humboldt (AvH) Foundation Gender Networking Conference in Cameroon with the theme: (“Mindset change and empowerment of the professional Cameroonian women for development”), and virtual collaborations with the objective of bringing together high profile personnel from different domains/disciplines on the CaPROWN platform to give a better perspective of what our whole agenda is and
