Welcome to the Cameroon Professional Research-Oriented Women Network (CaPROWN) – a dynamic association dedicated to supporting and empowering female researchers in Cameroon and throughout the African continent.
Our Vision
The vision of CaPROWN is to have a sustainable virtual and physical platform that will generate more female researchers and equip them with what it takes to develop a professional research career and publish a biennial book series with the articles of these female Cameroon scientists.

Exposure and Sentitization
We organize events, workshops, and campaigns to raise awareness about the importance of women's participation in research and to highlight the groundbreaking work and remarkable accomplishments of female researchers across Africa.
Mentorship
At the heart of CaPROWN is a robust mentorship network that connects female researchers with experienced, successful women in the field of research. Our mentorship program provides guidance, support, and inspiration, fostering relationships that span disciplines and generations.
